These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding contract between you and Adeline Pierre Collective LLC and apply to all bookings, reservations, coordination services, and concierge services provided by us.

By requesting or confirming a booking, submitting personal information, making payment, or utilizing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

This Agreement incorporates:

• All communications, proposals, invoices, and correspondence between you and us
• The terms, conditions, and policies of third-party suppliers ("Suppliers")
• Any waivers, notices, and disclosures contained herein

If you are booking on behalf of other travelers (including family members, couples, or groups), you confirm that you are authorized to act on their behalf and agree to provide them with these Terms and Conditions.

You represent and warrant that:

• You are of legal age and capable of entering into binding agreements
• You are authorized to act for any person included in your booking
• All information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful

Adeline Pierre Collective acts solely as an independent concierge and booking agent in arranging vacation services ("Vacation Services") provided by independent third-party suppliers ("Suppliers").

We do not own, operate, control, or manage accommodations, villas, transportation providers, restaurants, excursion companies, private chefs, yachts, wellness providers, or any other third-party services booked through us.

Each Supplier is solely responsible for its own operations, services, staff, policies, terms, and conditions.

By booking through Adeline Pierre Collective, you agree to abide by all applicable Supplier terms, including cancellation policies, refund policies, liability waivers, and service restrictions.

We are not responsible for:

• Acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of any Supplier
• Supplier insolvency, closures, delays, or interruptions
• Service failures caused by third parties
• Events beyond our reasonable control

Your use of Supplier services is at your own risk.

We assist with identifying, coordinating, and securing services through verified travel and hospitality Suppliers.

By confirming your arrangements, you authorize Adeline Pierre Collective to communicate with Suppliers on your behalf and provide the necessary information required to complete bookings.

Payments may be made either:

• Directly to the Supplier, or
• Through Adeline Pierre Collective, depending on the service provider

All bookings remain subject to Supplier availability, terms, and payment requirements.

Where a Supplier requires a deposit or full payment, you will be notified in advance and provided with secure payment instructions.

Bookings are not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully received and accepted by the applicable Supplier.

All prices, quotes, and rates are based on information provided by Suppliers and are subject to change until payment is confirmed.

Rates may change due to:

• Taxes
• Government fees
• Fuel surcharges
• Currency fluctuations
• Seasonal adjustments
• Supplier pricing updates

Adeline Pierre Collective has no control over Supplier price adjustments and is not liable for price differences occurring before or after booking confirmation.

All cancellations, modifications, rescheduling requests, and refunds are governed by the policies of the applicable Supplier.

Adeline Pierre Collective does not charge service or administrative fees for assisting with approved modifications or cancellations unless otherwise stated.

If a Supplier issues:

• A refund
• A credit
• A travel voucher
• A future booking credit

such reimbursement will be processed solely in accordance with the Supplier's policies and timelines.

We will assist in facilitating the process but cannot guarantee refunds, credits, reimbursements, or Supplier approvals.

Adeline Pierre Collective is not responsible for losses, cancellations, delays, or expenses caused by events beyond our reasonable control ("Force Majeure"), including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Hurricanes
• Severe weather disruptions
• Pandemics or epidemics
• Government restrictions
• Civil unrest
• Labor strikes
• Airline disruptions
• Supplier insolvency
• Utility failures
• Transportation shutdowns

Refunds, credits, and rebooking options in such situations remain subject to Supplier discretion and availability.

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel protection insurance.

Travel insurance may provide coverage for:

• Trip cancellations
• Medical emergencies
• Delays and interruptions
• Lost baggage
• Supplier defaults
• Emergency evacuations

Adeline Pierre Collective is not an insurance provider or licensed insurance producer and cannot guarantee coverage, claims approval, or reimbursement.

If you choose not to purchase travel insurance, you accept full responsibility for any resulting financial loss.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all traveler information provided is accurate and matches government-issued identification and passports exactly.

You are also responsible for obtaining and complying with all required:

• Passports
• Visas
• Entry permits
• Health declarations
• Vaccinations
• Travel authorizations
• Customs requirements

Adeline Pierre Collective is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, missed travel, or expenses resulting from incomplete or inaccurate documentation.

By submitting payment through Adeline Pierre Collective, you authorize valid charges in accordance with Supplier terms and these Terms and Conditions.

You agree to contact us first to resolve any billing, service, or booking concerns before initiating a chargeback with your bank or financial institution.

Improper chargebacks include, but are not limited to:

• Disputes involving non-refundable reservations
• Disputes after agreeing to Supplier cancellation terms
• Attempts to recover funds for declined insurance claims
• Disputes related to Supplier policies outside our control

We reserve the right to dispute improper chargebacks and recover associated legal, administrative, and financial costs.

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Turks and Caicos Islands, Adeline Pierre Collective's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount of commission or compensation directly received by us for the booking in question.

We shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages
• Incidental damages
• Punitive damages
• Emotional distress claims
• Supplier failures or negligence

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted.

Travel and recreational activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Injury
• Illness
• Weather disruptions
• Transportation delays
• Accidents
• Water-related activities
• Excursion-related risks
• Third-party negligence

By using our services, you voluntarily assume all associated risks and release Adeline Pierre Collective, its owners, contractors, employees, and representatives from liability arising from participation in travel arrangements, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Adeline Pierre Collective and its representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your breach of this Agreement
• Your negligence or misconduct
• Third-party claims resulting from your conduct during travel
• Violations of Supplier rules or local laws

All travelers are expected to act respectfully, responsibly, and lawfully during all booked services and experiences.

Suppliers reserve the right to refuse service, remove participants, or terminate services without refund where a traveler:

• Endangers others
• Causes disruption
• Violates Supplier rules
• Damages property
• Violates local laws

You are financially responsible for any damage or loss caused by you or members of your party.

Please inform us before booking of any:

• Medical conditions
• Accessibility needs
• Mobility limitations
• Dietary restrictions
• Pregnancy-related concerns

We will communicate these requests to Suppliers where applicable; however, we cannot guarantee specific accommodations, accessibility features, or medical suitability.

All itineraries, recommendations, travel guides, vacation plans, digital materials, and content created by Adeline Pierre Collective remain the exclusive intellectual property of Adeline Pierre Collective LLC.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written permission.

By submitting testimonials, reviews, photos, or tagging our business on social media, you grant Adeline Pierre Collective permission to use such content for promotional and marketing purposes unless you request removal in writing.

By using our website, you agree not to engage in unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive conduct.

All website content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind regarding accuracy, completeness, or third-party links.

Privacy

We collect and store only the information necessary to plan, coordinate, and manage your vacation services.

Personal information is handled confidentially, securely stored, and never sold to third parties.

We comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

From time to time, Adeline Pierre Collective may receive commissions from referral partnerships, affiliate links, or preferred Supplier relationships at no additional cost to you.

These relationships do not influence the integrity of our recommendations, which are based on quality, professionalism, and service standards.

By booking through our referrals or links, you acknowledge and consent to these affiliate relationships.

We aim to resolve all concerns amicably and professionally.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to binding arbitration in the Turks and Caicos Islands in accordance with applicable local arbitration rules.

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Turks and Caicos Islands.

Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively within the courts of the Turks and Caicos Islands.

If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Adeline Pierre Collective reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

The most current version published on our website shall be considered the governing version.

By booking, submitting information, making payment, or using our concierge services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, including our Privacy Policy and Affiliate Disclosure.
